Rescue 140
Rescue 140 is based in Burlington Jct Mo. It is housed with the West Nodaway Fire Protection District. It's currently staffed by volunteers who live in the BJ/ Clearmont/Elmo/Skidmore areas. Their primary service area is in the northwest corner of Nodaway County. Rescue 140 does both medical and extrication response. It was organized in March 1977. Members living in the Skidmore area do medical responses from the fire house in Skidmore.
