Meet our Instructors
The state of Missouri requires anyone teaching EMR, EMT, Paramedic, and continuing education units to be certified Instructors. To gain this certification Instructors must first attend a State approved 40 hour EMS instructor course and then maintain proficiency by attending continuing education at regular intervals. All of our instructor meet these regulations and teach classes here at NCAD.
Most of our instructors are also certified to teach one or more American Heart Association courses such as CPR or ACLS. The majority of our Instructors work full-time positions at NCAD but we do have a few that work on a PRN (per required need = part time) basis.
